Question: Can
I order a custom size?
Answer: Yes,

Question: What
is the longest length the wall base comes in?
Answer: We
purchase the metal in 8' sections, the longest piece would be
8'.
Question: Is
there free shipping?
Answer: Yes,
our prices include free shipping. There should be no
additional fees with the exception of the below "shipping
details".
Question: Is
it best to use the self adhesive?
Answer: In
small residential jobs the self adhesive is great.
However, we recommend no adhesive tape on larger commercial
jobs, and to instead use a construction adhesive.
Question: What
is best way to cut this material?
Answer: Our
Base Molding MX™ can be cut with a jig saw or circular saw. Use
a blade designed to cut sheet metal (a fine tooth blade).
Question: Is
it better to use the precut inside and outside corners?
Answer: In a
small residential job the precut corners make for a quick easy
installation, so yes in these types of applications the precut
corners are great. However, in larger commercial jobs we
recommend you use the base molding pieces and miter cut the
corners at the job site. If you have sharp edges after
cutting you may want to go back and use the outside corners to
cover any sharp edges, or miss-cuts.
Returns:
Wall Base: The wall base, corner molding,
and trim MX1, MX2, MX4, MX6 stock or custom sizes are
non-refundable and non-returable. This product is manufacturered when the
order is placed, and the manufacturer keeps a low inventory
and therefore does not accept returns on any of these product
lines. Please request a sample, and measure carefully
prior to ordering becuase we cannot accept this product back
for a refund. Please note that should Elite Xpressions
make a mistake in processing your order, or if your order is
damaged in transport we will rectify the matter at no
additional charge to you.
* Shipping Details: Most
stock sizes ship within 7 to 10 business days.
Occasionally there is a longer delay due to production, but we
will do our best to let customers know when orders are delayed.
Our online prices do include free
delivery, however, the 8' lengths incur an oversize charge from
UPS because the packaging exceeds the standard length UPS will
deliver. If purchasing a few pieces we recommend
purchasing the 4' lengths so that there are no additional fees.
If purchasing more than 2 or more pieces of the 8' lengths there will be
no additional oversize charges.
Free Shipping is for regular ground shipments within the 48
Continuous United States.
Some products are excluded from our free shipping due to size,
weight, and special packaging. Expedited shipping request or
shipments to HI, AK, or Canada will incur additional cost and
