RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION.
Damaged or Defective
Merchandise
Please be sure to inspect all items for damage, if a box appears to be severely
damaged, do not sign for anything if you do not feel
it is in good condition, please refuse the package.
If any item you purchased from Elite-Xpressions was
damaged in shipping, or appears to be defective,
please call us right away so that we may arrange to
repair or replace it. Please keep all packaging as
the freight companies may need to inspect it, or we
may request you return the items. If you find concealed
damage after opening products, you have 48 hours to
report it to Elite Xpressions. We can not honor any
claim after 48hrs. If Elite Xpressions has
made a mistake while processing your order, we will
do everything in our power to correct it.
BLT Roll Out Flooring
BLT roll out flooring is
very expensive to ship due to it's size and weight.
Therefore, no returns are excepted. Elite
Xpressions will correct any shipping errors or
damages immediately, and BLT will honor the product
with a manufacturers 5 year warranty. For more

BLT Custom Cut
Flooring
Custom sizes must be
special ran at the manufacturer. Custom orders
may be cancelled prior to material being ran,
however, once the manufacturer begins to process the
custom order no cancellations or changes can be
accepted. Absolutely no returns on custom
orders.
Park Smart Products:
Any shipping errors or
freight damages will be taken care of immediately.
If you wish to return a Park Smart product, please
call Elite Xpressions for a return authorization
number and return address. Product will need
to be returned at customers expense. Once the
item is received in like new resalable condition,
customer will be refunded the cost of the product,
less outbound shipping cost, a 5% restocking fee and
any drop ship fees incurred by Elite Xpressions.
If product is damaged by
freight company during the return to the warehouse,
it will be the customers responsibility to file a
claim with the freight company, as Elite Xpressions
would not have authorization to file a claim.
In the case of a damaged return, Elite Xpressions
will provide customer will all documents needed to
file a claim in order to receive full reimbursement
from the freight company and Elite Xpressions will
no longer be responsible for issuing a refund.
Electric Fireplaces
Return Policy
Please carefully
inspect all items for damage. Note any damage on the
freight bill when you sign for your order. If you
find concealed damage after opening products, you
have 48 hrs to report it to Elite Xpressions. As
stated in the first paragraph - we can not honor any
claim after 48hrs.
Our fireplaces are
expensive to ship. If for some reason you
are not satisfied with your fireplace, you may
return it to us within 15 days, for a refund or
credit. However, you will be billed any shipping
fees incurred, outbound and inbound. All
Custom Mantel Fireplaces are non refundable,
although we will replace any faulty equipment.
Please call our Customer Service Representatives for
a Return Authorization and the correct return
address.
Display Cases
If you are unhappy
with your Display Case purchase you many return it
within 15 days at your own expense. You will
receive a full refund for the product once it is
received back at our warehouse and inspected.
Shipping and Handling is non refundable. No
returns on custom built cases.
