Returns or Exchanges
RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION.
Please call us or email below
for a return authorization number, and return address. Do not return to
the address listed below, this will only delay or void a refund.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of original
purchase date. If for some reason you are not happy with your
purchase or if the product does not satisfy your needs you may return your
order at your own expense (some restrictions apply on custom products, or
manufacturer rules - read below for exceptions). Please email Elite
Xpressions for directions as some products may require to be returned to
manufacturer warehouses or address. Returned product must be received in new resellable condition.
Refund checks will be processed within approximately 15
business days of return, less any original outgoing freight expenses.
Each product on the Elite Xpressions web site comes
from different manufacturers, so each product has different return rules -
read below for specific product rules.
Returning product - for your protection be sure to
insure your package and retain the receipt.
If product is damaged or lost by
the shipping company during the return to the warehouse,
it will be the customers responsibility to file a
claim with the shipping company for reimbursement of
value. Elite Xpressions
would not have authorization to file a claim on a
lost return.
In the case of a damaged return, Elite Xpressions
will provide customer will all documents needed to
file a claim in order to receive full reimbursement
from the shipping company and Elite Xpressions will
no longer be responsible for issuing a refund.
Warranties - No
warranties are offered by Elite Xpressions, warranties apply to only
manufacturers warranties where noted.
Damaged or Defective
Merchandise
Please be sure to inspect all items for damage, if a box appears to be severely
damaged, please refuse the package if you do not feel
it is in good condition.
If any item you purchased from Elite-Xpressions was
damaged in shipping, or appears to be defective,
please call us right away so that we may arrange to
repair or replace it. Please keep all packaging as
the freight company may need to inspect it, or we
may request you return the items. If you find concealed
damage after opening products, please contact us
within 48 hours to
report the problem to Elite Xpressions. We may not
be able to honor a claim after 48hrs.
If Elite Xpressions has made a mistake while
processing your order, we will do everything in our
power to correct it. The sooner we know about
the problem the sooner we can rectify it.
BLT G-Floor Roll Out Flooring
BLT roll out flooring is
very expensive to ship due to it's size and weight.
Therefore, no returns are excepted. We offer
free samples for your review, and if you are unsure
about the product we highly recommen you fill out
one of our
free samples forms. Elite
Xpressions will correct any shipping errors or
damages immediately, and BLT will honor the product
with a manufacturers 5 year warranty. For more

G-Floor warranties are covered by Better Life
Technologies, the manufacturer of this product, phone
number for their customer service is (913) 894-0403.
Elite Xpressions does not warranty the material. Any
customer who purchased their G-Floor product from
Elite Xpressions, and has product warranty concerns or
issues can call us and we will assist you with making
contact with the correct department at Better Life
Technologies. Warranty returns must be approved
by the manufacturer.
BLT Custom Cut
Flooring
Custom sizes are
custom made by the manufacturer. Custom orders
may be cancelled prior to material being ran,
however, the custom order cannot be changed or
cancelled once the manufacturer begins to produce
the material. Absolutely no returns on custom
orders.
Park Smart Clean Park:
Any shipping errors or
freight damages will be taken care of immediately.
If you wish to return a Park Smart product, please
email us for
Return Instructions for a return authorization
number and return address. Product will need
to be returned at customers expense. Once the
item is received in like new resalable condition,
the customer will be refunded the cost of the product,
less outbound shipping cost, a 15% restocking fee and
any drop ship fees incurred by Elite Xpressions.
If product is damaged by
freight company during the return to the warehouse,
it will be the customers responsibility to file a
claim with the freight company, as Elite Xpressions
would not have authorization to file a claim.
In the case of a damaged return, Elite Xpressions
will provide customer will all documents needed to
file a claim in order to receive full reimbursement
from the freight company and Elite Xpressions will
no longer be responsible for issuing a refund.
Park Smart Tsunami Seals * Storm Shield * Elite Garage Door Thresholds
If for any reason
you wish to return a threshold you may do so within 30 days of purchase
date. Please email us for

and provide us with your original order ID# and
name. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for a response. The
thresholds will be returned to Elite Xpressions designated address at the
customers expense. Once received in like new resellable condition a
refund check will be mailed within 15 days less any original outbound
shipping cost.
Gel Pro Kitchen
Mats
If for any reason you wish to return a Gel Pro
Kitchen mat, you may do so within 30 days of
purchase date. Please email us for

and provide us with your
original order ID# and name. Please allow 24
to 48 hours for a response. The Gel Pro's will
be returned to Elite Xpressions designated address
at the customers expense. Mat must be received
in like new unused condition, and may incur a
restocking fee depending on the condition.
Once received in like new resellable condition a
refund check will be mailed within 15 days less any original outbound
shipping cost.
Beauty Salon Mats Are non-refundable and
non-exchangeable, these mats are cut and packaged at
the time of order. If you are not sure about a
color, please email us for a sample before ordering.
Under special circumstances we may be able to get
authorization for a return, the manufacturer charges a
30% restocking fee on authorized returns of stocked size mats,
must be received in like new condition, returned at
customers expense.

Are non-refundable and
non-exchangeable, these mats are cut and packaged at

condition, returned at customers expense.

SoftFloor Tiles
1 Year Warranty, please contact the manufacturer for
any product defects or warranty issues. If for
some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase
you may return your order for a refund. On
authorized returns, the manufacturer charges a 20%
restocking fee, must be received in like new
condition, returned at customers expense. A
refund check will be mailed within 15 days less any
original outbound shipping cost and the 20%

Wall Base: The wall base,
corner molding, and trim MX1, MX2, MX4, MX6 stock or
custom sizes are non-refundable. This product
is manufacturered when the order is placed, and the
manufacturer keeps a low inventory and therefore
does not accept returns on any of these product
lines. Please request a sample, and measure
carefully prior to ordering becuase we cannot accept
this product back for a refund. Please note
that should Elite Xpressions make a mistake in
processing your order, or if your order is damaged
in transport we will rectify the matter at no
additional charge to you.
Display Cases
If you are unhappy
with your stock size Display Case purchase you many return it
within 30 days at your own expense.

handling fees. Shipping and handling is non refundable. No

Bottom Seals - Custom cuts are
non-returnable.
The custom cut items are non-returnable such as the
bottom rubber seal, or t-bulbs, and custom lengths
on the aluminum channels. These items are
custom cut at time of order. Measurements are
provided with each prouct for your determination, if
you aren't sure which product will work for you call
us or e-mail us and we will mail you a small piece
to test.
