Elite Xpressions attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by us is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition. See our Return Policy.

PRICING

Except where noted, the List Price displayed for products on our website represents the purchase price. If we have a typo where we've accidentally made the price less than our cost, we will not honor the displayed price.

PRICING - SALES

When we run sales our coupon codes are not to be combined with other sales. We reserve the right to cancel the order and not honor the discount if the coupon code mistakenly provides a discount on a non-discountable item, or if the system malfunctions and applies a discount when a discount should not be applied.

OVERSEAS SHIPPING

We can ship most of our products to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada for an additional charge. Call or email us for a quote on shipping - some products we are unable to ship overseas or out of country.

WARRANTIES

NO warranties are offered by Elite Xpressions, except manufacturers warranties where noted. If unsure of a brand warranty please contact us prior to purchasing so that we can supply you with the manufacturers warranty. Elite Xpressions does not warrant any products, all warranty issues must be taken up directly with the manufacturer. Please contact us if unsure how to contact the manufacturer of the product you've purchased.

If a customer has purchased a product that was damaged in shipping, or received defective, Elite Xpressions will rectified immediately. If a product does not function as thought, or a customer is unhappy with the quality of a purchase you can refer to our Return Policy, some products are not returnable such as custom cut or custom manufactured products. You may also contact the product manufacturer direct with complaints or concerns.

SHOPPING

When making purchases on our web site, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. Your credit card will be charged once the product is ready for shipping. Depending on availability, some products may take several days to process for shipment.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. When shopping, your personal information is delivered over a secure server. We do not give out, sell, or use your personal information outside the confines of Elite Xpressions.

FREE SHIPPING - Where Free Delivery, or Free Shipping is advertised this only pertains to the 48 continuous United States. Any product being shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, or other countries will incur additional shipping charges. Elite Xpressions reserves to right to cancel a customers order and not process due to unexpected or exceptionally high shipping cost.

If an item is being returned for refund, any outbound shipping cost will be deducted from refund amount. See Returns for more information.
Some products are excluded from our free shipping due to size, weight, and special packaging. Expedited shipping request or shipments to HI, AK, or Canada will incur additional cost and fees. Please call us toll free at 866-556-6324 with any questions, or direct at 361-906-0863.
