Maintenance and cleaning Gel Pro Mats - Your Gel Pro Mat is designed to give you years of trouble free use.  It requires a minimum of care, but certain activities should be avoided to increase the usable life of the product.

 

Failure to follow care instructions may void the warranty.

 

After unpacking your Gel Pro Mat, you may notice small wrinkles on the outside edges of the mat and possibly some on the top surface.  These are normal and should disappear within 48 hours of placing the mat on a flat surface.

• Do not stand on the mat in "stiletto" type high heel shoes.  These super sharp heels can potentially damage the surface of the mat. 

• Do not clean with a power vacuum cleaner.  The high speed rotating brush can damage the surface of the mat. 

• Do not clean with any product other than a mild soap (such as dish washing detergent) and water, with a damp sponge or cloth.

• Do not use any other household cleaners such as, but not limited to, window cleaner, floor cleaners, polishes, or all purpose cleaners.

• Do not store or pack the mat rolled with a mat bottom side out.  This can create permanent wrinkles and uneven surfaces.

• Do not fold the mat as this can cause permanent creases.

 

Warranty:  1 year for original purchaser to be free from defects of material workmanship from date of delivery under normal use and service in an indoor residential environment.
