We offer rubber replacement bottom seals in Double T, or Bead Channels.  We also offer complete Kits which includes everything you need to replace the bottom of the garage door with channels, rubber seal and fasteners.  Rubber seals are more durable and and flexible than vinyl, and withstands extreme weather temperatures ranging from -60 to 160 degrees.  Products fit most residential and commercial doors.

Question:  How do I know what bottom seal replacement I need? 

Answer:  You need to physically look at the bottom of your garage door and see if you have a bulb, or a double channel.  If you are still unsure what you have, you may consider purchasing an entire kit which includes the replacement tract and rubber seal.

 

Question:  How do I install the Double T replacement channel?

Answer:  Your older rubber should slide out of the channel tract, and simply slide the new rubber in.

 

Question:  Does the replacement rubber fit any garage door?

Answer:  Our products are generic, and fit many doors.  However, we have listed the measurements as best as possible in each product category.  It is best to measure your current door seal to be sure our seal will fit as a replacement.

Install Instructions for Double Channel Kits

Installation Instructions:
I. Measure underside length of garage door, and cut plastic base and rubber to correct length.
2. Center plastic base on garage door bottom and fasten into position with screws provided.
3. Slide rubber into plastic channels.
4. On garage doors with guide rails: Slide one edge of rubber into position before fastening plastic base. Once fastened, insert inside flange of opposite rubber edge, and push outside flange into channel with screwdriver. Begin at either end of plastic base.
