Answer: Depends on your application.
Do you want to cover wall to wall, or just a small area. If
you want to go wall to wall, then you'll need to measure the area
to get the
length and width - then look at what lengths and widths the G-Floor comes in
to figure out what sizes and how many rolls you'll need to
purchase to cover the
entire area.
IE: If your area is 20' Wide x 24' Long and
you are interested in the Coin Pattern, then 2 rolls of the 10' x
24' would cover the area perfectly.
Roll-out flooring is designed to be a quick and
inexpensive method of covering a floor. Essentially, the floor
covering consists of rolls of polyvinyl or rubber material,
which are, quite literally, rolled onto a floor and trimmed to
fit. No adhesive is required, so, if a large area is to be
covered, several rolls of flooring can be purchased and the
seams butted together. Roll-out flooring is durable, non-slip,
often with a lightly textured surface and obviously provides
protection for the floor beneath; it is therefore a popular
choice not only for garage floors, but also for floors in
bathrooms, laundry rooms or any heavy traffic areas where a
cushioned, protective floor covering is required.

Question:Is this material stain proof?
Answer: No, this material is not stain
proof, certain dyes, inks,
high performance rubber tires, and chemicals may cause permanent
staining.
Question: What's the smallest size I can
order?
Answer: The smallest size the
manufacturer makes is a 7.5' width, and can custom cut a 10'
Length. Otherwise they do stock a few ribbed sizes in a 6' x
5' Ribbed, or a 10' x 7' in the Kennel Mats.
Question: What is the largest size I can
order?
Answer:
Each pattern comes in different widths, and
thicknesses. The widest mat the manufacturer makes is 10'
wide. Normal custom cut lengths can go up to 60' with the 75
mil or 85 mil, but in very large applications we can do up to 100'
long.
Question: Is this material easy to install
yourself?
Answer: Yes, simply clear the area, roll out the material and trim where necessary.

Question: Does the material ship in a roll?
Answer:& Yes, all of our G-Floor material
ships rolled, none of our orders ships any other way.
Question:How does the flooring ship?
Answer: Most of the smaller sizes ship
FedEx Ground, so you should not need to be present to receive the
shipment.
Larger
sizes, such as the 75 mil 10' x 24' ships freight truck - the
trucking company should call to set up a delivery time. Our
free shipping includes delivery to your curb for the large common
carriers. So if your order is shipped common freight you
may be required to assist in unloading the truck. Common freight trucks
are often large tractor trailers and it is your responsibility to
insure they have access to your property. We do not have control
of the driver who makes the delivery, some drivers absolutely
refuse to help, while others will fully deliver the product.
You may arrange for a lift gate directly with the delivering
freight company, but it is the customers financial responsibility.
Don't let this statement scare you, most deliveries go without a
hitch, but if you have a residence that is hard to get to, or you
are not physically capable of assisting if necessary with the
delivery then please call us to place your order so we can best
determine if a lift gate or inside delivery should be added to
your order.
Question:How soon will I receive my
order?
Answer: We process our orders
immediately when they come in during regular business hours, but
the processing warehouse has a cut off of 10 am. So, if you
purchase late Friday afternoon the warehouse will not put your
order in their system until Monday. Any order we have to
them by 10 am will go into their system same day, otherwise it
will go in the next business day, (Elite Xpressions and the
G-Floor manufacturer are closed on the weekends). It takes
the processing warehouse several days to have an "in stock" size
ready to ship - the material is rolled and packed at the time of
shipment. Keep in mind that the processing warehouse if
filling orders for all G-Floor distributors, not just Elite
Xpressions, so your order will be processed in the order it was
received.
Most "in stock" orders ship within 3-7 business days, plus
depending on where you live there is shipping transit time.
In most cases, from time of placing order of stocked size G-Floor
to receiving shipment is usually within 7-14 business days.
Custom cut orders, if the custom size is shorter than
something we stock then we depending on stock we may take an instock
size, cut it down and process - so you may receive this type of
order within the 7-14 day time frame. If it's longer than a
size we stock, we have to wait for the manufacturing plant to
manufacturer that pattern and color, so depending on when your
order comes in and when the plant is making that pattern you could
be waiting as long as 6 weeks. If you are in a hurry to get
a custom cut, call our sales staff for assistance - we can help
determine the best solution.
Question:How do you cut the material?
Answer:
After rolling out let the
material
relax and acclimate before cutting. You can use a straight
box cutter, knife, or a good sharp cutting tool.
Question:
How thick is the material?
Answer:
The 55 mil is described as the
thickness of a penny, the 75 mil is described as the thickness of
a nickel, and the 85 mil is a little thicker than the 75 mil.
Request a free sample with our online request form if you'd like
to see the thickness, pattern and color. If you have any
questions we offer free samples - just fill out our
free sample form.
Question:Do I need to buy 75 mil flooring?
Answer: It depends on the application.
The 55 mil Ribbed & Levant pattern were designed for residential
garages. However, the Coin Pattern & Diamond Pattern only
come in the 75 mil or 85 mil - so if a customer wants the Coin or
Diamond then they'll have to get 75 mil. If the application
is heavy traffic, more than a residential garage, then we would
suggest going with a 75 mil or up. A free sample is
available for all thicknesses.
Question:
Do you need to glue it down?
Answer:
Most applications would not
require glue, and would be installed like a floating floor.
If being installed in a high traffic application, (residential
garage is not high traffic) then some adhesive may be recommended.
Question:
Is the flooring slippery?
Answer:
It does have raised pattern for
added slip resistance, however, any surface can become slippery
under the right conditions, so we do not guarantee that this is
100% slip resistant.
Question:
Is this material just for
garages?
Answer:
No, this material is used for many
types of applications, commercial, gyms, sports flooring,
residential and many others.
Question:
Do I need a seaming kit?
Answer:
Not necessarily, however if you are butting
your seams together it does bond the seam so that the mats won't
shift.
Question:
Can I install it outdoors?
Answer:
Yes, but the material won't last as long. We do have clients
who have used it on patios, around pools, dog runs, truck beds ect,
but consistent exposure to sun will cause the color to fade over
time.
Question: What if it isn't what I expected?
Can I return it?
Answer: We recommend if you are
not sure if the product will work for your application that you
request a
free sample, and call and speak with our sales staff prior to
purchasing. The material is expensive to ship due to size &
weight; any approved return would be at customers expense, in
addition to refund being less any outbound shipping cost.
Review our refund policy on G-Floor for more details, custom cuts
are non-returnable. Any manufacture defect, or damage during
delivery will be rectified by the manufacturer promptly.

freight orders. However freight orders are only curbside,
and customer may need to assist in the delivery to the house.
HI, AK, Canada, or overseas shipments require a custom quote.

Garage Flooring Benefits
- The G-Floor and Parking
Pad by Better Life Technology, BLT are garage floor mats
that beautifies the garage floor in minutes, - unlike
most garage floor coverings, epoxy coatings, or garage
floor tiles our flooring is easy to maintain and
protects the floor for years. Our garage flooring
offers a unique rib construction which channels liquids
away and controls debris.
Compared to Epoxy
Floor Coatings, this installation is so simple,
and easier to maintain. With Epoxy
Coatings you've got NO special floor
preparation, toxic odors, messy application, or
lengthy drying time. All you have to do
with our mats is simply clean the area, roll out
your flooring and you're parking in your garage
that same day.
The tough PVC non-porous
surface has been specially formulated to protect against
oil, antifreeze, salt, and common contaminates found on
garage and shop floors.
BLT G-Floor is 100% high
quality polyvinyl throughout the entire product. Most
other floor coverings only use high quality materials on
the top 10%–20% of their product and laminate with
lower-grade material that does not offer the same
protection throughout. Some products even have three
layers of filler using some of the poorest quality
materials available.
G-Floor is solid polyvinyl
and has the same resistances throughout the entire
product top to bottom.
G-Floor is superior to all other floor coverings that
you can drive and walk on.

(ARA) - Every year, people
spend thousands of dollars on home remodeling, and the
rooms that get the most attention are the kitchen,
bathrooms, family room and basement. The last place most
people think of updating is the garage.
But the role of the room where you store your car (and
your sports equipment, extra freezer, and assorted boxes
of junk) is changing. Garages are now becoming an
extension of the home, complete with flooring, cabinetry
for all your storage needs, and even furniture. In fact,
there are now entire companies devoted to nothing but
helping your garage clean up its act.
If you're ready to upgrade your garage, start with the
floor. Bare concrete floors are functional, but not very
attractive -- they crack and show stains. There are many
concrete paint products on the market, but they can be
messy and very time consuming to apply -- and your
garage will still look bare.
For an attractive floor that offers performance and
value, Parker recommends the G-Floor roll out garage
flooring by Better Life Technology.
Created by father and son Brett and Don Sneed, the
G-Floor, made of specially formulated polyvinyl, hides
cracks and stains while protecting floors from oil,
battery acid, grease, brake fluid, antifreeze, salt, mud
and other dirt that finds its way into the garage.
The original G-Floor features a rib/channel design which
controls debris while liquids are contained by the
channels. The company recently introduced an attractive
new coin pattern as well. "Anyone who lives in a colder
climate knows what a mess winter snow, slush and salt
can make both in the garage and in the house," says
company president Don Sneed. "Not only does our flooring
beautify your garage, it also allows you to keep dirt
outside, where it belongs." Also important in winter
weather, the flooring puts a vapor barrier between the
cold concrete and your vehicles -- and it's slip
resistant.
The flooring comes in six attractive colors, and
installation is a snap: Simply unroll and cut to size
using a utility knife, overlapping or butting the
flooring together for seamless protection and a custom
fit; no adhesives are required. The flooring comes in a
variety of different widths, up to 10 feet wide, and a
typical two-car garage will use three rolls of flooring,
at a cost of $500 to $1,000. To clean, simply hose off
the floor.
Once you've finished sprucing up your garage, consider
other uses for the G-Floor. The coin pattern version of
the flooring also looks great in other areas of the
house, such as a workshop, laundry room, basement
storage room, even a wine cellar.
Better Life Technology is based in Kansas. The product
is made in the United States, and carries a 5-year
limited warranty.
