Garage Flooring with BLT Roll Out polyvinyl Parking Pad or Commercial Grade G-Floor garage floor mat coverings are quick and easy to install. With Epoxy Coatings you've got special floor preparation, toxic odors, messy application, or lengthy drying time - your time is worth money! With G-Floor you can transform your existing floor into something beautiful with our garage floor protector in just 30 minutes or less. This durable, seamless, polyvinyl floor covering creates a showroom look in no time. Installation is simple, no special preparation needed. All you have to do with our mats is simply sweep the area, roll out your flooring and your using your area the same day.

This is not a stain proof product - certain dyes, inks, high performance rubber tires, and chemicals may cause permanent staining. Some non-permanent stains can be removed with spray-on Brake and Tool Cleaner found in many auto parts stores without damaging the product. However, use of Break and Tool Cleaner may cause product discoloration. Never use harsh chemicals such as tar remover, or kerosene on this product. Solution: If you arn't sure if your tires might stain the material, request one of our free samples to test. Or once installed if you are concerned about staining, some customers apply a polyvinyl sealant type wax to help seal the surface helping to preventing stains from penetrating the top material. Finally - the mats do their job, they are a concrete floor protector keeping stains and further deteriation from occuring from everyday garage use.

G-Floor Roll Out Floor Covering is 100% high quality polyvinyl throughout the entire product. Most other floor coverings only use high quality materials on the top 10%–20% of their product and laminate with lower-grade material that does not offer the same protection throughout. Some products even have three layers of filler using some of the poorest quality materials available.

G-Floor is solid polyvinyl and has the same resistances throughout the entire product top to bottom.
G-Floor is superior to all other floor coverings that you can drive and walk on.

The tough PVC non-porous surface has been specially formulated to protect against oil, antifreeze, salt, and common contaminates found on garage and shop floors.

Unroll Garage Flooring * Trim Excess And Overlap If Necessary * Tape Optional

Special Notes: Initially the Garage Floor Protector will have curl marks due to being rolled on a core or folded in a box for shipment (this is normal). Wipe up any oil and chemicals from floor before rolling out product. The longer it sets the better it will look.

1) For best result, unpack and install product as soon as possible after delivery. The sooner product is removed from packaging, the sooner it will relax and lay flat on garage floor after installation.

  2) Sweep and clean garage floor. Wipe up any oil and chemicals from floor before rolling out product.

  3) Unroll product on garage floor. Edges may be butted together or overlapped (see Overlap Note below) for seamless appearance and floor protection. Initially, the floor covering will have curl marks due to being rolled on a core or folded in a box for shipment (this is normal).

  Overlap note: Flooring that is 10' wide, has an "overlap flap" (approximately 1.5" to 2" wide) of unpatterned material running down one side. Flooring that is 9' wide or less, has no "overlap flap" and can be butted together.


Unroll option 1: For lay flat results, unroll garage floor covering in the sunlight on a clean driveway. The warmer the conditions the quicker curls will straighten out and lay flat. Use wide push broom, push air out from center and work your way out (side to side and length to length) Repeat if necessary. Place on garage floor when desired and repeat broom out.


Unroll option 2: If you wish to unroll product directly on the garage floor, sweep garage floor clean of debris and unroll Garage Floor Protector. For best results, start unrolling process at the garage entrance; finishing at the back of the garage. Note: In cool to cold conditions it may take 72+ hours for most curl marks to lay flat depending on the temperature. Be sure to push out air with broom (It is OK to park your car on it during this time).

  4) Allow mat to relax and lay flat. For custom fit, allow product to relax in place before trimming around edges and corners.
  Note: If product is used under extreme temperature conditions, such as direct sunlight or unheated garages, the product may expand or contract as much as 2% after laying flat. For custom fit, always allow product to relax before trimming around edges and corners.

  5) Trim edges with sharp scissors or utility knife.

  6) Tape around edges, if desired. If you choose to tape down edges or the seam between two floor protectors, we recommend using indoor-outdoor double sided carpet tape.

Product Cleaning & Care

• Surface is easily washed with soap and water. Product can be washed off inside or outside of garage. Brush or sweep with cool water using a broom or sponge squeegee. Mild soaps and normal household detergents may be used. Do not leave harsh detergents or chemicals on product or wash into sewer system. Some people prefer moving the product outside and hosing it off.

  • Normal household vinyl cleaners may be used to increase longevity and to remove stubborn debris. Certain automotive vinyl products may cause surface to become slippery. Use a non-slip vinyl protector such as a clean-and-shine floor cleaner.

  • After cleaning, apply a coat of floor polish for vinyl floors to add a long-lasting, high-luster finish, even to older garage floor protectors.

NOTE: Leaving chemicals on the product for a long period of time may cause damage. If concrete floor has been treated with certain sealers prior to mat installation, sealer may break down over time and adhere to back of mat without causing damage to mat. Some motorcycle kickstands may cut or damage this product.

CAUTION—SAFETY WARNING: Any floor surface can become slippery in the presence of moisture and debris. Proper care and cleaning of vinyl flooring will reduce the likelihood of slips and falls. Wipe up any oil, chemicals, or other fluids that may drip or leak from vehicle to prevent hazardous, slippery conditions. Always dispose of hazardous materials properly.

Warranty Coverage

**All warranties are covered by Better Life Technologies, the manufacturer of this product. Elite Xpressions does not warranty the material. Any customer who purchased their G-Floor product from Elite Xpressions, and has product warranty concerns or issues can call us and we will assist you with making contact with the correct department with Better Life Technologies. Warranty returns must be approved by the manufacturer.

Better Life Technology, LLC (BLT) warrants to the original purchaser (Buyer) only that vinyl mats and flooring product manufactured by Better Life Technology, LLC will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase. THIS WARRANTY SHALL NOT APPLY AND NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND SHALL EXIST IF THIS PRODUCT HAS BEEN SUBJECT TO ABUSE, MISUSE, NEGLECT OR ALTERATION OF ANY TYPE OR CAUSE. In addition, BLT is not responsible for defects resulting from improper installation or use, or from uses beyond design capability. In addition to the foregoing limitations, BLT’s limited warranty shall not cover surface stains including stains resulting from asphalt, driveway sealer and rubber wheels, defects resulting from improper maintenance or installation, damage from improper usage including, without limitation, burns, cuts, tears, scratches, scuffs, indentation damage from rolling loads, improperly castered carts, damage or discoloration from adhesive or floor care products not recommended by BLT, extended direct exposure to sunlight, excessive moisture, alkaline, hydrostatic pressure damage from the subfloor, mold or mildew, installation over gypsum based patching and leveling compounds or difference in color between samples or photographs and the actual flooring. BLT, in its sole discretion, shall determine whether or not the product is defective or otherwise covered or not covered by this warranty. No action for breach of this warranty may be commenced more than one (1) year after occurrence of the alleged breach. This warranty is not transferable. Customer must notify BLT of all manufacturer defects within 60 days of purchase. Proof of purchase date will be required.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

BLT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THE LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF TIME, INCONVENIENCE, LOSS OF REVENUE OR ANY OTHER INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES WHETHER BASED UPON BREACH OF THE ABOVE WARRANTY, BREACH OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, TORT OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY. BLT MAKES NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, OTHER THAN AS HEREIN EXPRESSLY PROVIDED AND BLT SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITS ON WARRANTIES, OR ON REMEDIES FOR BREACH IN CERTAIN TRANSACTIONS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY.

EXCLUSIVE REMEDY

Buyer’s remedy for breach of BLT warranty is repair or replacement, at BLT’s option, within a reasonable time after notice of defect. In the event that BLT is unable to repair such product, BLT at its option, shall either replace the defective product or refund the purchase price thereof. These remedies are the exclusive remedies for breach of BLT warranty. BLT shall not be liable for any other charges incurred, including installation cost, as a result of a defective product. In the event that Buyer makes any claim under BLT warranty, BLT reserves the right to require any product to be returned for inspection at Buyer’s expense, to BLT factory in Emporia, KS. No employee of BLT or any other person is authorized to make any additional warranty or to change this Warranty. Only BLT is authorized to provide warranty service.
